Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total session price and is not an additional fee. You may also choose to pay the full session price when booking. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel your appointment, your $50 deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid in full, you may cancel at any time and receive a refund of your payment minus the $50 non-refundable deposit, including cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. Any additional non-refundable rescheduling deposit will also be deducted from your refund. RESCHEDULING Your first reschedule is complimentary when requested at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your original deposit transfers to the new appointment. A second reschedule requires an additional $50 non-refundable deposit. Both deposits are applied toward your total session price. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment require full payment of your outstanding session balance.
