Service Description
Professional photography created to showcase your food, products, merchandise, or other sellable items across your website, Google Business Profile, social media, menus, and digital platforms. The $150 minimum booking includes photography of up to 6 items. Additional items may be added to your session based on the quantity being photographed. • First 10 items — $25 per item • Items 11–25 — $20 per additional item • Items 26–50 — $15 per additional item Includes professionally edited final images of each photographed item.`
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service price. You may also pay in full when booking. Any remaining balance must be paid online before your session. FGM does not accept in-person payments. ITEM PRICING The $150 minimum includes photography of up to 6 food or product items. Additional items are priced as follows: • Items 7–10: $25 each • Items 11–25: $20 each • Items 26–50: $15 each Pricing tiers are sequential and apply only after the preceding item range has been purchased. Any incorrect tier selection or pricing difference must be paid before the session. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session forfeit the $50 deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee, including the original deposit. If paid in full, the remaining balance will be refunded. Additional rescheduling deposits are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING Your first reschedule is complimentary when requested at least 48 hours in advance. A second reschedule requires an additional $50 non-refundable deposit applied toward your balance. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment requires payment of the outstanding balance. SESSION TIME & READINESS Sessions begin at the scheduled time. All food, products, packaging, props, and areas being photographed must be ready and accessible. Client delays do not extend the session. Additional time may be purchased subject to availability. DELIVERABLES Only the number of items included in the booking and purchased add-ons will be photographed. Each photographed item includes professionally edited final imagery. Additional items are subject to availability, fees, and session time. LOCATIONS The service includes the booked location. Additional locations and travel outside FGM's standard service area may require additional fees. DELIVERY & RUSH SERVICE Content is delivered according to FGM's standard turnaround. Purchased 48-Hour Rush Delivery begins after the session and receipt of required materials, selections, or approvals. WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS If circumstances outside FGM's control prevent the session from being reasonably completed, FGM will work with the client to reschedule.
