Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total package price. You may also pay in full when booking. Any remaining balance must be paid online before your scheduled session. FGM does not accept in-person payments for Digital Refresh services. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session forfeit the $50 deposit. If paid in full, all remaining payments will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. Your original $50 deposit counts toward this fee, so the total retained is $100, not $150. If paid in full, the remaining balance will be refunded. Additional non-refundable rescheduling deposits are also deducted from any refund. RESCHEDULING Your first reschedule is complimentary when requested at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit transfers to the new date. A second reschedule requires an additional $50 non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your package balance. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment requires payment of the outstanding balance before rescheduling. SESSION TIME & READINESS Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Clients are responsible for ensuring the business, products, staff, and areas being captured are accessible and ready. Client delays do not extend the session. Additional time may be purchased subject to availability. LOCATIONS Packages include the number of locations specified. Additional locations are available for an additional fee. Travel outside FGM's standard service area may require an additional fee or custom quote. DELIVERABLES Packages include the content specified in the selected service and purchased add-ons. Additional content may be purchased when available. DELIVERY & RUSH SERVICE Content is delivered according to FGM's standard turnaround. Purchased 48-Hour Rush Delivery begins after the session and receipt of any required client materials, selections, or approvals. WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS If weather or circumstances outside FGM's control prevent a location-dependent session from being reasonably completed, FGM will work with the client to reschedule.
