Service Description
Looking for an Atlanta wedding photographer to capture the moments that matter most? FGM’s Essentials Package provides up to 6 hours of professional wedding photography, including ceremony coverage, couple portraits, wedding-party and family portraits, important details, and early reception moments as time allows. Professionally edited photographs are delivered through a private digital gallery, with a 30-minute scheduling buffer included.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A 50% deposit reserves your wedding date and applies toward the total. The balance is due 7 days before the wedding. Late balances incur a $50 fee. Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings less than 7 days before the wedding, including same-day, may be accepted based on availability and must be paid in full. The late fee does not apply. Cancellations: Cancel within 30 days of booking for a full refund. After 30 days, FGM retains $250 and refunds the remainder within 15 days. This applies whether FGM services or the wedding is canceled. Rescheduling: Weddings may be rescheduled subject to FGM availability. Payments transfer to the new date and are not refunded. The balance is due 7 days before the new date. If an agreeable date cannot be established, cancellation terms apply. Coverage: Coverage is limited to purchased hours. Delays, waiting, setup, travel and transitions do not extend coverage. Locations: The primary location is included. An additional location 5–15 miles away is $100; over 15 miles requires a custom quote. Areas within the same property are not additional locations. Essentials Extension: Essentials clients may request 1 additional hour same-day for $150, subject to availability. It cannot be reserved in advance and must be paid before extended coverage. BTS Videography: BTS coverage captures selected highlights and candid moments, not full or continuous wedding videography. Every moment, ceremony, vow, speech or event is not guaranteed to be recorded. Deliverables are as listed in the selected add-on. Second Photographer: Provides additional perspectives and coverage within the purchased photography hours. This add-on does not extend coverage time. Delivery: Edited photos are delivered via private gallery within 2–4 weeks. No image count is guaranteed. FGM delivers images meeting its professional standards and may exclude duplicates, test shots, out-of-focus, improperly exposed, obstructed or unsuitable images. Wedding Album: Album images are for illustration only. Clients select the album color. FGM designs the layout and personalizes the cover with the couple’s names and wedding year. Albums will not include FGM branding or logos. By booking and submitting payment, the client agrees to this policy.
